Alright livewire, I'm getting a few tattoos, when I'm not sure, but I have questions about them. On my back I'm getting a Tarot card, The Fool, and I want it to be a full back piece. I have a friend who's drawing the piece out for me (and it looks awesome), and it'll be in black since colors wont show up well on my skin. Then I'll have another of a bull on my lower left arm and a bull head on the back of my neck (maybe) also in black. In general, how much should it cost and how much will it hurt?

a FULL back piece takes a lot of time. Likely, though you wont get colors [are you black? or just very dark?] the artist will do a bit of shading, to make the tattoo stand out. You are looking at probably 4-700 for the back piece.
If it is more like a piece of paper size or less, then maybe 3-500. I know they are wide ranges, but it all depends on the detail and the size. As for the pain, the spine will hurt a lot, the shoulder bones will too. The rest wont hurt AS bad, but will likely still hurt [first tattoos usually do]. The back of the neck isn't to bad a spot, and the lower arm is really not that painful at all. the worst spots are the feet, the outer ankles [for some reason the insides don't hurt], the under-arm rib cage, and the outermost portion of the ass. [I would assume the face and scalp would too, but they are not common] For a comparison purpose
