Well one of my best friends just passed away a couple of months ago from a brain tumor and i was so upset that i did not even go to the funeral. but i did go view her body the day before the funeral. should i feel bad about not going.

No, it's normal for people who have lost someone very important to not want to see that. It's hard for someone that went through that to see all those people sad. You don't need to feel bad. I'm sorry for your loss.

If one of my best friends died, I would be in such a devastating shock that I might feel the same way. I would just have no idea how to feel or what to think. I probably would go to the funeral though, to feel like I have contributed. I don't know. You should not feel like you were any less of a friend because of it though.

Don't feel bad. The only way you should feel bad is if you were heartless enough to not care at all. I cannot imagine how you feeling right now, Love. Come up with effective ways of dealing with that pain, Although I know it must be unbearable.

How long did he/she have the brain tumor before they finally passed away? :[
