That is a CD rewinder. That is not for cleaning.
Actually it's a DVD Rewinder. What a name for a product, huh? I tell ya, some of these R&D and marketing people at these companies must be on acid trips when they think of these names. I get it, yeah, to restore a DVD or CD...but, rewind? Call it; "DVD Cleaner Restorer Plus+ Extra!" or something.
