I can't decide which workout to do today... Monday I ran for thirty minutes, swam for 25, did a 45 minute weight workout with my trainer, and walked for 40 minutes. Tuesday I ran for 45 minutes, swam 25 minutes, and swam like another 10 minutes in the evening. Now today I'm not sure what I should do. Tomrrow I'll certainly do a 30 minute run, a walk, and another weights session with my trainer. So my options for today are:

A 45 minute run.

OR

A 55 minute weight and cardio exercise video.

Regardless of which one I do I will swim 25 minutes(light intensity) aftewards.
