I agree with that. What I might add to that, is during this changing process, we feel lost or confused, stressed and depressed - and are unsure of what to do or what to think.
At least it seems that way for me.

And it is like, you get so used to a routine that it feels unsafe to change it. Like things will never be the same, which they won't.
