So i have gained over 10 lbs in the past 2 months. im freaking out. i am going to the beach in 2 weeks and i want my beach bod back!
please give me tips or tricks that you know of that has helped you lose weight or just anything exercises that will help. side note:
i dont think im fat and i am pratical- so no ' just love the body u have bits' please im really looking for advice
