 I also kind of disagree with trying to push adoption on someone. Everyone isnt a nice person and everyone doesnt want to adopt...you know what Im saying. Who knows when the child will get a family or if the family chosen is the right family.

 In conclusion, its better to realize what can come of what you do. The realize if something should be avoided then avoid it.

Condoms and Birthcontrol pills doesn't always work.

And yeah adoption isn't such a great thing. They might not get adopted, might end up with someone bad, they will always wonder who their mother&father is... And it's not that much better for the mother either.

No Birth control doesnt always work, nor condoms, but they are 99.9% effective so does that mean because .1% out of the time they fail totally outrule them because they arent any good? No.

I also said that adoption doesnt alway work because everybody that wants to be a parent arent the best picks or even the child just doesnt get a adopted. You know?

So like I said take responsibility. wrap it up, take the pill, or just say no. If you didnt TRY any of them then can you really say that you did what you could to prevent it and that you should have gotten a abortion? I dont know if I said that how I really mean it...my words are mixed up. (Im in early labor, but the doctors are assholes so im in a whole lot of pain and my words are mixed a little)...<<<thats something different though. But anywayz I just think because she didnt even try any method of birth control or anything, I dont think she should have gotten the abortion. I can see if she was raped or she did try and they failed...but knowing the effects she went in without anything and came out with something. Then aborted what she should take responsibility for. You know what Im trying to say? If all your gonna do is abort because you dont want to do anything before the act of sex (condoms, BC, etc) then dont have sex. Thats selfish...dont keep killing babies because you want to become "a woman".

To be honest you're not being fair to the unborn child. If that were you would you want your mom to get the abortion? What if that kid would have been a Dr. who later cured cancer or AIDS? What if that kid would have been a celebrity later in life? It didn't ask to be created and if you are woman enough to lay on your back you're woman enough to stand on your feet and take care of the child. It's not a right of passage, because it's irresponsible.

Having sex doesn't mean you want or can have a kid. And saying you shouldn't have sex until you're ready is great, but it's never gonna happen, people will do it anyway so get over it.

Giving a kid up for adoption isn't any better and probably alot worse for the mother.

Pro-life people are so irresponsible... They think it's fine to just have a kid and give it away and think it's fine to just add another homeless kid to the world. We have way more than enough of those.

And people who call themselves Pro-life shouldn't be fighting for abortion to be illegal, because it will happen anyway but it will be alot more risky for the mother, and if you're Pro-life you should want her to be safe too.

Sorry, I thought you were talking about me but I understand your point about the whole homeless thing., and t he health risk as well. I think the best thing for her to do is look at all of this and weigh out her choices. It will most likely be in the back of her head if she does get an abortion, but I still think that she needs to use condoms or some sort of birth control from now on. I guess all there is to say is let this be a lesson and reminder of what can happen....... What does the father have to say about all this though? Or was it like a one night stand?
