Your friendship will be very fragile now that she's cheated on you. I don't think you'd stay friends for much longer...

I remember when I heard that my girlfriend had cheated on me. I had the biggest row ever and we never really spoke again... I really really hated her. I've never felt so much anger towards one person.

I personally wouldnt keep her as a friend. She cheated on you dude. Why have someone like that around you. And based on this, i could see your not truly hurt by this.. Cause if you were, being friends wouldnt cross your mind. I know it wouldnt cross minds. It is what it is, she apparently cheated cause she didnt care. Why care soo much if your friends or not.

So are you hoping she'll come back to you romantically if you can just keep her close?  I think that's a mistake many people make. Just hoping/wanting it that way won't make a relationship, especially one already damaged by betrayal, work.

Maybe you'll have to learn the hard way but almost always, it doesn't work and the jealousy and hurt constantly lurking in the background will destroy the remnants of the friendship. Wouldn't you rather move forward?
