I owe my library £14. Thats a lot of money to me and I don't intent to pay. If I simply never use that library account again, do will I be okay?
I haven't signed anything so I am not under a proper contract to legally pay right?
I have moved house recently and haven't informed them so they won't find me easily.

It'll get written off eventually, especially as you've moved. Well, it might. It was for my friend but he was under 16 at the time. I know it's different if you're considered an adult. It's only £14 though, pay it and then continue to use the library.
