my bf foreskin is so tight he cant get it over his head and it takes around 30 mins to move it enough to clean underneath he been thinking of getting it circumcised but not sure how it done and if he get it on the nhs and what kinda waiting time to do it and whether he will need time off work for long.

If it is a medicinal need and not simply personal preference then yes, he can get it done on the NHS. The waiting time should be less than 3 months.

I think he should see a doctor and ask about his options before he considers getting circumcised. There might be some kind of exercises he can do or something to stretch out the foreskin to make it easier to pull it back.

It's probley to late to get it done now. I herd of guys getting it done from when they where born to like 4. But its painful, and your in pain for days. So why would an older guy wanna get it done now, hell be in alot of pain.

Thats horrible. Don't ask him to get it circumcised. He must be very young if his foreskin has not been fully pulled back yet, in which case, you'll have to wait before having sex.

Whenever he pees he should be pulling back. Remind him, if his doctors don't.

don't do that you'll damage it

or cause it to swell, which will just make it tighter and even more painful

the head is propbably just slightly bigger than the foreskin...just leave it, i'm sure it will grow slightly
