I'm recovering from an eating disorder, so my body doesn't have much reserve to work on, meaning if I haven't eaten lately, it's not like I have extra fat and stuff to burn when I exercise. This morning I got up, had a 500 calorie breakfast, waited an hour and then went to swim for about 30 minutes. This afternoon, my friend wants me to run/jog with her around 3:30 (it's a bit after 10:30 here now). I'm guessing I have enough time to eat lunch before I exercise again? Because of the eating disorder, it scares me to exercise on an empty stomach.
