I'm recovering from an eating disorder, so my body doesn't have much reserve to work on, meaning if I haven't eaten lately, it's not like I have extra fat and stuff to burn when I exercise. This morning I got up, had a 500 calorie breakfast, waited an hour and then went to swim for about 30 minutes.

This afternoon, my friend wants me to run/jog with her around 3:30 (it's a bit after 10:30 here now). I'm guessing I have enough time to eat lunch before I exercise again? Because of the eating disorder, it scares me to exercise on an empty stomach.

Don't eat right before you run.  That'll make you throw up, which could be counterproductive to the whole 'recover from eating disorder' thing.

That's how I always felt when I was in the peak of being obsessed with losing weight. Now I'm getting up to a healthy weight and I REALLY hate that feeling of being lightheaded when I exercise.
