Im on a diet at the moment at the and am eating right, running everyday as well as doing exercise where i alternate skipping with other exercises, sit ups, push ups, squats etc for 2minutes each. How long do you think it will take me to lose about 20lbs and get in great shape? I know it varies im just looking for rough ideas.

Doesn't take very long at all. Three, Four or maybe even 5 weeks but like you said it vaires and depends on a lot of things.

depends on how long you workout. 30 mins. a day - 6 weeks to lose the weight. an hour a day about a month. 2 hours a day - about 2-3 weeks with very visible results
