My back is killing me.
I know I'm too young for back problems, but it
hurts so bad right now that I can barely move.
I don't remember doing anything to it, either.

Could this be caused by sleeping in a certain
position or something?

You can have back problems during any time in your life. It could have been from where you slept on it wrong. Or it could mean that you do have some back issues other than muscle cramps. If it doesn't clear up soon though, I would definitely recommend seeing your doctor about it. Especially when you're in this amount of pain.

It's not necessarily that terrible.  My old doctor told me before that I had a mild case of it, and I haven't had to wear a brace for it or anything.  I really even have back pain, but scoliosis is something correctable so it shouldn't be anything to be afraid of.
