Your first option is emancipation. Luckily, I live in Tennessee, too, so I know that the requirements are that you have to be 17 and you either have to be out of high school or in school and have a part-time job. If you want to do that, make sure you get your grades up and you're doing well emotionally, or the judges won't let you be emancipated. You can't be un-emancipated, and once you are, your parents legally don't HAVE to do anything. Your second option is talking to your dad and asking him to sue your mom for custody of you. You technically should have a choice, or at least an input. I'm pretty sure that legally, if you're over 13 and both of your parents are fully capable of caring for you, you normally get your pick of who you want to live with. I don't know your story or the reasons for why your parents aren't together. If you're over 18, I would just say fuck it and leave anyway. If she has such a problem with feeding you, tell your dad that. I'm sure if she's being such a huge problem, both your dad and a judge would let you go live with him.
Good luck, I hope I've helped. :]
