Hey so a few times recently i was about to spend time with a girl I was interested in, you know the possibility of a hook up. And i just started getting real nervous, like shaking and stuff. Like i couldn't stop for like three minutes. Is this normal to anyone? I thought I was having a seizure

i used to get that ALOT!!! just breathe deep, and try to go somewhere warm....also, wearing 2 pair of socks always helped me, it was the cold mixed with the nervousness. just calm down, and youll get over it with time and experience
