I've noticed that I sometimes get sort of sharp pains in my lower left or right abdominal area (about as low as where my hips stick out, sorry, hard to explain!). It's a little area.. maybe about the size of a quarter. It kind of feels like a cramp, but it's in a really small area...
I don't get it. Is that normal or what? 
And it's not like all the time or very regularly. Maybe a few times a month but it doesn't last more than a couple of hours.
