Well, my mother and I decided to take a drive into town the other day, and I was driving. Background information... check. Well, anyway, it was a nice drive about the quarters of the way up, and then I approached this man in an Oldsmobile. The speed limit was 45, and he was doing probably about 35 the whole way up. I was patient, staying three car-lengths behind and all, until he slows down to go around a minor turn (he's going ten under the speed limit mind you), and me not paying attention as usual, didn't notice the change in speed, and didn't slow down until I was about a car-length behind him. I slow down, correct myself, and then being going again when I notice a sticker in his back window that reads, "I go slow for tailgaters". And, sure enough, he slows down and puts his flashers on. Well, now were down to about 15-20 (speed limit's 45), it's hot and humid, and I'm just five minutes from my destination, so after about a mile of this, I get a little sick and actually start tailgating him. Long story short, the prick break checks, I almost hit him, I tap the gas as though to say, "I'm going to hit you asshole", I follow him for 20 more minutes (when I could have been to the store in four), and he finally turns, and, even though it's my turn, I just go straight. Oddly enough, the whole way up not one car came behind me. So LiveWire. My questions to you are: 1) Is it legal for him to do that? 2) Have you ever encountered someone like this? Ive seen so many people like that.
I was with my aunt a few weeks ago and someone in front of us did the same thing and my aunt was like fuck it and she sped up and he hit the brakes and she kept going and he hit us.
It scared the shit out of me but it was funny.

2) Yeah, I was following a dick who was half the speed limit, when I tried to overtake he sped up and kept me in the right hand lane driving toward oncoming traffic.
3) I would have overtaken him.
