Does anyone know how I could lose weight specifically in my face (cheeks)?
I've been putting on weight lately, and I feel like an excessive amount went into my cheeks.
I will be going on a diet to lose weight, but I just wanted to jump start that weight lose a bit.

Usually your face is the first place you noticeably lose weight, so if you drop a few pounds running it'll probably show in your face, thats the case with me anyway

If you loose weight, your face will just get slimmer anyway.. So just loose abit of weight and your'll loose it in your face i think.

I know I'm not overweight. I would call myself on the verge of it though. For my body at least.
I'm just really self conscious about what I see in the mirror. I view a really horrible image of myself, (different than what you, or anyone else for that matter, sees).
