So i'm 3 weeks pregnant and i was wondering if it is normal to have flu like symptoms and weird dreams this early! So today i woke up with a sore throat and now i'm having body aches like you would when you have the flu, i 'm pretty sure i've heard you get flu like symptoms but i don't remember. And last night i had dream i had my baby but i left it out the house before i went somewhere and when i called my boyfriend and asked him to go get her he said he was busy and couldn't. I know weird dreams happen when your pregnant but isn't it a little to early for that?!?! I'm also having chills but i usually just randomly get those so i'm not all that worried about those. But are the other things common or not?
