those damned male enhancement commercials on discovery channel

when it comes on and you're not paying attention you're like wtf is this and then it's like ohhh it's that one again...

I'll be sitting here watching a pleasant mythbusters or dirty jobs or cash cab or whatever the hell is on and all of a sudden BAM awkwardness
