My Firefox only had StumbleUpon and the general updates on it. Nothing else was downloaded by me on purpose.

Besides, where the fuck did I say I was going to download every single add-on anyway?

The worst thing is.. i've used ie all of my life and i've never had anything really bad viruses or anything & its quick.. i tried safari & i got aloada viruses.

Hmmm, i don't know what to do tbh.. its abit like the arguement on what is better - Avg or Norton.

What would you really recomend?

EVERYTHING IS FINE NOW.
The fourth time I re-installed (and unfortunately, updated) Firefox, it actually worked.
Guess my computer just ucksays.
