I'm curious. If you're not dating, how can you possibly know someone enough to 'love' them? It's probably nothing more then puppy love. Sorry to reduce it to that, but I'm rather irritated with preteens (not you, persay) running around claiming they 'love' someone. What are you going to do on a date, lol, ride to Sonic on his handle bars?

Anyways - if he just broke up with his girlfriend, he probably likes you because he sees something in you that his girlfriend didn't have. A certain quality, rather. I wouldn't leap right into things, which would normally be ones first instinct. I'd wait it out for a few weeks - let him sweat a bit. Taunt him enough to show him you're interested, but even so, keep him at a distant. You don't want guys to think your easy - because they love to chase. "Will you go out wit-", "YES!!!!!!" Does not send a good message to guys. No one likes a desperate girl!
