Supposedly he had Vicodin, Oxycoton, Doxylamine, (similar to Benadryl), Valium, Xanax, and Restoril in his system, a mix of that is going to do the exact opposite of keeping you awake. Hell a mix like that would kill off Elvis.

Because you really know what happens because of one line..
from that quote, i can tell that the movie probably begins with the joker robbing a mob owned bank, and double-crossing his accomplices so he can have all the money. batman comes and saves the day but realizes he needs a more protective costume! the mob bosses then meet to discuss how to handle batman, gordon, and dent, while a chinese mobster accountant, lau, lets the gang leaders know he has taken their money to hong kong to prevent the police and the district attorney from seizing it in an imminent bank raid. after batman delivers lau to the police, the mobsters agree to pay the joker half of their money in return for killing batman. that's all i can tell from that quote alone, though.
