While you're on coke your appetite is significantly diminished.  This is because it's a stimulant and most stimulants tend to do that.  They have the potential to be good weight-loss medications, but the doctors already have Desoxyn (pharmaceutical meth) for that.

All stimulants suppress appetites somewhat. Caffeine, nicotine, cocaine, amphetamines, Ritalin. Stimulants increase dopamine and/or norepinephrine levels in the brain which makes you lose your appetite, low dopamine levels lead to extreme hunger.
