i have a SK3 and lately its been shutting off on its own.. and today it had a little face on it x_x with stars on top and it said to reboot.. i did but it just keeps doing the same thing.. what do you think i should do?.. get a new phone? (mind you this is a replacement the last one i had was stolen so ive had this one for about 2 months) andy help?

do you have insurance on it? cause if you do you could just bring it to the store and get a different 1. and if the same thing happens to the new one.. i suggest getting a different provider.
