It depends, if its th weekend and i do it befor i go to sleep thats after midnight then do it when i wake up then again that night it could be three times a day, but on average one or two times a day. Sometimes not at all though

about 4 times a day at weekends if i'm lucky. Mostly during the week it's about once a day, depending.

Usually at least once a day. I have only gone without going a day only a few times like if I am too busy, in someone else's house, or on a field trip which you stay in a hotel in. I sometimes find my self doing it 4 times a day when no ones around.
