i put in double 0's but then some shit happened during soccer and it started bleeding like crazy so i had to take it out. what should i do to keep the skin healthy? like should i rub aloe vera, vaseline or anything of that nature on my ears???

It's gunnu get infected, put the stretcher or plugs back in (if you leave it out it will get worse) only take it out to clean it. Clean it with TCP.
