I ran on my elliptical for 27 minutes and burned 400 calories. 136 of which were fat calories. I've just been inspired to work out again by the possibility of someone wanting to beat my ass in the near future. So I'm feeling like I should be less chubby and a lot stronger.
I need to lose weight anyway, and if I come out of this being able to kick some ass, that's just a plus! I wish I were a kickboxer. That'd be friggin sweet. I wish I had a punching bag so I could at least pretend...
