I'm 16 years old, and I want to move out. My parents said no. What is there that I can do?

Nothing, at least legally. You have to be 18 to move out legally in most countries. Try to keep your head up and think positive. Two years will be over soon enough and you'll be 'free'.

You can't legally move out of your house until you are 18.

The only way I can think of Is to get emancipated but to do that your parent's would to be okay with it or you would have to prove that they are being negligent to you and that you can support yourself economically without any help. (At-least I think so, I'm not 100% sure but you might as well look into it) .. I don't necessarily advise you. It's really complicated and can screw up family relationships. Not to mention getting a lawyer who wants to do it, going to court... Takes lot's of time and money. Might as well wait for a couple of years, save money and then fly away.
