Over here you only need 2 refrences usually. Maybe it's different for you guys.
I would say that it would be fine for you to use them as your references. :)

I would imagine that is fine aslong as they are 2 different people. As my references for my job now I used my old boss and an actual neighbour. So I should image that is more that adequate.

If you do not have enough (good) professional references, it should be fine to use personal references. A good friend's parent or a teacher may be a good reference.
