Well, its that time of year again, all the excited freshman are pouring onto campus, moving in to dorms with too much stuff, huge grins, and lots of expectations as to what the year will hold. They have the newest fashions, all sorts of crazy clothes and things that will soon be subdued by the realization that 8 oclock classes do not in fact require makeup. Its all so...life affirming and sad. It is also very strange to watch from an outsiders perspecitve, as I wait to leave the undergraduate world in just a few short days and venture out into graduate school. Will I look that insecure when I move to Minnesota? Will I have freshman labeled on my face?
