If Cetaphil doesnt work, What do you guys suggest... I can't go to a dermatologist, no insurance... And I dont have a lot of money... I HAVE tried pro-active, it didnt work for me...

We can't tell you whether cetaphil works or not on your skin. You have to give it a shot.
Like I said in your other topic, Cetaphil works beautifully for me, and it's dermatologist recommended, that's why I used it.

For acne (because I know they have a facial cleanser that sucks) or to just clean your face? Because if you just need to clean your face, then buy it... but if you need an acne wash or something, I recommend Neutrogena or something along those lines.
