No, age should not be displayed. I personally feel that a person's age is both irrelevant to what they have to say and that displaying it will only cause problems. Older members, in terms of age will not want to take the younger members seriously and I can see a lot of people being called immature and belittle because of their age.
Also this is a teen forum and it has, in the past, had its share of sexual predators and to show ages publicly would be encouraging all sexual predators to be able to find the younger members even easier.
