I found that site a while back, and they have training on how to hack computers, as well as "games" that let you test your skills. After you get to a certain point in your "training," they encourage you to actually hack their website and mess with the security. Also, they have "wargames," which are like PVP for hackers, where you try to hack someone else's computer, while at the same time defending your computer from their attacks.
