Neither. If white Americans left, the USA would drastically change. Here's a nice quote for ya:

Whites built the city. The city itself didn't fall until the white population percentage declined.
If whites left a country, that country would, eventually(not instantly), turn into a country reflected by nonwhite culture. Looking at the world, the vast majority of great nations are white nations (around 80% white or more). The US is dying. NOTHING can change this.
