She's been feeling sick and ill for months, and her heart has been slowly failing, it seems(She's 56.) She'd had a heart murmur ever since she was young. The doctor told her today her heart is beating too fast and it's not pumping blood the way it should.
She hates hospitals because she's never actually been a patient in one, which is why she didn't go all those years.
Why do I always have to worry about something?
I hope she'll be okay.
