I'm sick of people stereotyping Muslims and Arabs. I'm not Arab, but I've met some and they are one nicest people on earth. It's pissing me off. Things like how Muslim women are oppressed by their husbands and get beaten and shit. I'M A MUSLIM, all my cousins are Muslims and I tell you for a fact that it's not true. Its actually the women that are more dominating than the men. Things like Muslims beat themselves up and shit. On tv when you see them Muslims harm themselves with knives and shit ( on Ashura Day), they literally are the minority, Shia Muslims practise that , Shia Muslims make 10% of the worlds Muslim Population. 90% of the Muslims do not that. Hell , tatoos are forbidden in Islam cause its seen as harming your body so why the hell would God allow you to beat yourself up with knives. We believe the body belongs to the soul so we musn't harm it at all.
On tv you may see Muslims celebrating the 9/11 attacks and stuff. Yeah, but they dont show you all the millions of Muslims who were upset by it. There are Muslims who are assholes, but please don't fucking stereotype. I'm sure some of you are sick of hearing about Islam is all peaceful when all you see on tv is Muslims blowing things up. If you want to be asshole , be and asshole to them, the ones who actually
do these things.
Today is Britain there are Muslims turning to extremism and as a Muslim living here I can tell you its because of this racism and shit. Young youths just feeling disconnected from society are so are easily brainwashed
to do jobs that are mainly for politcal reasons. I'm tired and it is just a rant I guess. Just sick of people just stereotyping and fucking judging me. Thanks for reading. I'm gonna say I support what your saying about 85%,
Sachacohen, You also got to put thought into what is going on right now..I mean people are still frightened about what happened a few years back, and what they said and all about them hurting us from the inside out.
Everyone DOES deserve a chance. But, They've had such horrible luck...
The least you can do is at least stick up for your believes, and they can do the same.
I personally have some good friends who are black, and i go to a country school, Well, their not 'welcome' to the country folk there, I got expelled for my best friend. I said what was had to be said, done what i Should have done..
Spirits were broke, But, Everything changed this year. More blacks :)

hey, I understand why people think all Muslims are terrorists cause whenever you turn on the TV you see a Muslim doing something violent. Whenever you hear of us it s 99% person to do with something bad. Just asking people to be open minded i guess. I understand people's view will differ and such but there's no need to be dicks about it. People will never agree 100% but we should just try our best to be open minded and tolerant including Muslims. But thanks for being supportive and stuff :)

Only thing we can really do is support them through this.
No matter how idiotic people can be.
There is always someout out there who won't agree. Just idealist are the people who can save lives.
