i friggin sprained my neck muscles this morning while trying to put on my school jumper without messing up my hair. I can't remember what, but I was also holding other clothes on my hand and wasn't concentrating on wearing my jumper so i pulled it over me somehow that my neck twisted to the side and it really hurt afterwards.

For the whole day now, I couldn't move it much. I just turned it a little and it killed ! ARGH!!! =.=

Try taking some OTC pain medication.  If it continues for more than a day or so, definitely go see your doctor.
