You still haven't told me how pedophilia is different from homosexuality according to your definition. If a young person under the age of 18 consents to sex with someone over the age of 18, according to you, no matter the ages, that should be okay.

Because a child is innocent, and is to young to understand what its doing. Its being taken advantage of.

So a fifteen-year-old consenting to have sex with her eighteen-year-old boyfriend is too young to understand what she's doing? What about a sixteen-year-old who runs away from home and decides to start having sex with older men in exchange for shelter, food and other necessities?

Well 15 would be right on the borderline of consent here in the UK, Personally I would consider an 18 year old having sex with a 15 teen your old pedophilia.

Thats very circumstantial, and anyway, if shes doing it for shelter and food, would that not mean shes being taken advantage of..no?

Pedophilia

Sex with a child, who does not know what there doing, who isnt mature enough physically and or mentally to understand what they are doing. Its being taken advantage of, a sick despicable deed

Homosexuality

Sex between two consenting adults who happen to be of the same gender,  IMO nothing wrong there
