I just want an answer.

I used to just throw up food when it makes me feel bad. Today, I tried again after a long time of not doing it, and it doesn't work. I gag, but...that's it.

this is good.
your body needs food, and if it makes you feel bad then
it has its own ways of making you feel
better,
forcing yourself to throw up is not good for you
if it needed to be done your body would do it for you,
if not, then just leave it, sit through it
and the feeling will eventually
go away on its own
