I have decided to try a new tactic this year. See, what I thought was that people didn't like me or rather hated me. And I thought this for 6 years now senior year in high school someone finally told me that the reason that people tease me and or don't talk to me and have a bad view of me is because I am a big guy, 230 something, but very quiet and shy. And its because I don't talk that they think I am stuck up or some warped logic. She said that If I would talk more and open up and not label and act more like a teen of the 2000 I will get the things that I want(more friends, to go to parties, be happy, girlfriend, lose virginity etc)
The thing is that I am not a good conversationalist I don't watch the same shows or listen to the same music other people my age do, so those topics are out of the way, and I usually am on the teachers side when it comes to things so I cant use that either. What do I do to start a conversation, and later keep it going.
The one thing I hate is when I get into a conversation with someone and they want it to go into depth(past a minute) and I cant think of anymore resposnes and thats it and then the other person is upset....
