I argue it is. Art is interpretable. That sounds like art to me.

Fine, argue it is art, however you will note that half the point of moderators is to decide what is and what isnt allowed here. That image was not allowed in my opinion and despite some of the things that have been going on here, that would have not been allowed by any mod here.
