Gosh, I don't even know why I am so upset. Just alot has been going on.
-Fights with friends.
-Dealing with to much of friends problems and not enough of my own.
-Boyfriend fights.
-Confused
Just i don't know thats just some of. I am just really upset and anyone i try to talk to about it says its over nothing. Witch they are probley right.

Do you ever get them days your just upset for no real good reason?

I think its just one of those days. I miss my dad hes been gone for almost 3 years and id do anything to have him back.
I wish all this fighting and arguing with my boyfriend would stop. I wish he would stop talking to people that have tyred to break us up in our past. But then again, people say I'm over reacting about that to.
There's nothing i would want more in life then to have all my friends happy. And seems like lately they have been upset and they always come to me. I'm like the mother out of all my friends. In someways i like it, but in some ways its just to much to handle.

Last month i went to the doctor and told her about some of my problems. And Ive known this for a long time but i have huge anxiety problems. Soon I am being put in the hospital that i am near for treatment with anxiety and i am being forced to get over my fears, and nerves. Sure I'm happy, but I'm scared to do that. I'm scared to do everything that i want to do in life. But i know that if i don't do it ill completely fail life all together, i just need help. I want to go to Africa after high school for some volunteering, chances of that happening are slim I'm so scared.

I think maybe what i need to do is,
stop worrying about my friends problems first and take my own problems first. I really need to start doing that. Hopefully ill get better.

And hopefully when i wake up tomorrow i wont feel this way.

I just want to break down and cry.

Unfortunately, Those are just regular teenage things that we all have to deal with. You are not alone. Exercising really relieves all sorts of stress.

Yeah. My mom recently died. And what has been helping me is just exercising and doing my homework. And hanging out with friends of course. It's made me appreciate things so much more. Not to undermine your problems (thats surely not what I'm trying to do) but things could be much worse [although I don't know anything about your family situation/anything about your life]

Awe :[ I am so sorry. That must have been hard. I know EXACTLY how you feel. What kind of cancer did he have? My Mom died of liver cancer. She was completely healthy until March, when we found out. Then she died 5 months later.
