Transfering from university...HELP!

I will be entering Northern Illinois University for the 2008 fall semster and do to unforseen family problems I will have to transfer to The University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) in order to be closer to home.

Question 1: If the deadline to apply for the Spring semester, how long after I send in the application will I get a decision?

2. About how many classes will be  transferable to UIC?

3. Will I be able to take classes during the summer at UIC in order to make up any required UIC classes?
