Is that I've gotten to know a few of them, and alot of them don't have any problems. It's like they just do it for attention, and it makes me angry because while they are out there being attention whores, the people with problems have to keep putting their masks on every day, pretending like everything is normal, just having to bottle it up inside, because they know telling everyone else would just get them isolated even more. So they just try to figure out their problems on their own, hoping for the best.

I recognize what you're saying, but I wouldn't doom all emo-looking people because of this. There are plenty posers who don't dress emo and are just as difficult and pathetic...
that's not necessarily true i hate scene kids, i mean they claim to dress the way they because they "don't want to conform" and want to be "unique" but they ALL look and dress the same. and idolize shitty bands like bring me the horizon, with a lot of the guys dressing and getting their hair just like oli Sykes's wtf?!

Not always true. I know a few people that you would concider as ''emo'' and they're not like that. They do have real problems and just like u said about ''people that actually have problems'' they bottle things inside. For sure there will always be the ones that just wants attention. But not everyone.
