Hey!

Is it really affecting you? Do you want it to affect you? Is it a bad memory? Do you think It would be beneficial if you could remember?

Sometimes is better to forget the past and stick with the present! I'm not sure what it is but what I can say is that what happens in the pass doesn't always determine who we are in the present; whatever it is - good or bad - don't stop your life because of a memory or you'll just make your life a celebration of a unpleasant or undesirable event

Good Luck!
