So then you deny that a real photo of a person can be considered art? The picture in question however is not art, its a mess and seems to me as a try to get past a rule. Doesn't change the fact that a nude photo can very much be considered art if it follows certain criteria.

You can't call drawings of naked people/things art and not pictures of whipped-cream covered people. Its not like it's some chick standing in her living room with whipped cream on her twat, it is a picture of a pale body on a satin sheet with whipped cream and strawberries, it is sexual in nature, but it is art, just as the sexually explicit drawings are. This is a double standard.
You are saying that if I want to post pictures of dicks with fairy wings on them and call it art that that is ok to put on the boards, but this picture which shows nothing isn't ok because she is naked UNDER that stuff?

in addition, this rule was invented to protect children who use LiveWire from being banned by concerned parents. think, a 13 year old boy is using LW as he clicks on this topic his mother walks in behind him. His mother see the photo, jumps to conclutions, punishes the boy, bans him from ever using LW again. ......the boy now does not have access to a support website....davjs gets upset that his creation has failed to help one lil boy....davjs goes on a banning rampage and kills several small animals

Yeah except the site no long gives support that is worth the time anymore, unless you count the once or twice a day that is.

officially, its not, FP is bending LW rules by even allowing this topic to stay, he doing so for the purposes of discussion. (a discussion that was had a LONG time ago, where MEMBERS decided by majority vote that such content should be removed for the good of LW)
