Hmm. Minimum wage in my state is lower than the rest of y'all...it's 5.75 here, unfortunately. I get paid 10.88, though. Plus gas mileage of 58 cents per mile.

My base pay is $8.07 an hour, which is minimum wage here in Washington state. But in tips, I make usually make around $6 - $8 an hour more; sometimes as much as $10 an hour, but sometimes as little as $4. It varies.

I think our min wage is like 9.25, but I'd have to check. (They posted this sign in one of the hallways, but I never actually read it.) I took my pay from last years taxes and divided by 2080 (that's right, right? Payroll people?). It ended up being over $40. It seems high to me, but then again, I get paid salary.. Maybe it's much less if I work a few 60 hours weeks.. :)
