It's as the title states.. My friends just sent me some files of his band and a few of their recorded demos. The files sent are .wmv format, but when they are opened in windows media player, I get sound but the video isnt displayed.. All help is appreciated..
Keep in mind I have videos on my computer that are in mped format that play fine.. whats the solution?

try downloading the k-lite codec pack. just google the name. that might solve your problem.
