it does sound like too much. Maybe you have low metabolism? I'd just eat one portion of something and give it time to digest first. If you're not gaining weight its one thing but be aware that overreating can do other things to your body other than put on weight.

First things first, your eating five meals a day, so that is a good habit to get have, the only thing that i think that you should be careful of is not to pile your plate. just have small amounts of what ever you have, and also.. dont have chips and shit for snacks.. have like a nut bar, banana, apple, orange etc... because what happens, is that ur not gaining weightnow and you get in to the habit of eating bad food.. when you get older ur body wont work like it used too... everything will go to ur arse, hips, stomach.. mmmm thunder tighs!
